Refund & Return Policy

Order Cancellations:

Orders are processed and dispatched each day before 3.30pm. If we are unable to cancel or amend an order due to it being dispatched, a customer has two options;

  • Customer refuses delivery and the item is returned to us
  • Alternatively paying for the shipping cost and returning the order to us

On confirmation of the returned order being received back undamaged, a refund will be made excluding shipping costs.


14 day Returns Policy:

All products must be returned within 14 days in the original packaging and unused. Once a product has been used we will not refund or exchange. We do not exchange or refund on perishable goods, this includes shacapas,  herbal tinctures, and Cacao. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed. As soon as we receive the products back, a 100% product refund is made. Refunds can take up to 28 days. 


Order Errors and Change of Address:

Please notify us ASAP with any order amendments, including any invoice or delivery address changes. We endeavour to make changes unless an order has been dispatched.


Faulty Item or Damaged Package Contents:

  • If for any reason you feel unhappy with our products when they arrive, please email us for a refund code.
  • Customers are requested to report shortages or breakages within 3 days of receipt, providing pictures of the package outer, inner contents, along with a detailed description.
  • Unwanted items can be returned for a refund if unused, considering any paid delivery costs to ship and return item.
  • Damaged or faulty products will be replaced at our cost with evidence shown at the time of delivery only.
  • Incorrect ordering or cancellation incurs delivery and return costs paid by the customer.
  • UK customers can request a pre-paid returns label, usually at a lower cost than the local Post Office.
  • The cost is charged unless the responsibility is ours.
  • Once used or seals are broken, we cannot accept the item back.
  • Agreed refunds: On receipt, a refund will be made immediately. Refunds can take up to 28 days.



All of our courses and events require deposits. These are non-refundable and non-transferable.
